Virtual processes for energy efficiency and energy conservation
National Contact Point "Secure, Clean and Efficient Energy" of the EU Program Horizon 2020 on November 16 - 17, 2017 an international scientific-practical conference Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency 2017 was held in National Mining University. In the framework of the Conference there was conducted on-line internship, as well as an NCP information day "Practice of NMU international scientific and educational projects". Some scholarly articles have been published at the Swiss publishing house TP: Advanced Engineering Forum \ Energy Saving & Efficiency: Technological, Economical, Social Challenges. It spread the information about the event among the international community.
The onference was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Foundation for AGH (Poland), Geological Concern Geobit and MCR Poland (Poland). In the report, presented by prof. Roman Dychkovsky: "The experience of NMU in realization of projects under the EU Program" Horizon-2020 "paid a lot of attention to the project VirtualMine: as a modeling tool for Wider Society Learning. This project is realized in conjunction with Polish, Greek, Spanish, Slovak and Slovenian partners (coordinator of the project KGHM Cuprum Ltd. Research & Development Centre, Wrocław, Poland) in the frame of European Institute of Innovation & Technology, (EIT), Raw Materials and financed by EU Program Horizon - 2020.
