License agreements

Virtually all patents of DUT are prepared and submitted to Ukrpatent as proposals intended for open licenses.

The patent-license department started work on the commercialization of certain patents abroad.

8 license agreements (6 – with industrial enterprises of Ukraine, 2 – with Polish enterprises) were signed about the right to use inventions and useful models. Including 2 agreements of a new type as a result of improving the algorithm controlling industrial property of the University. In 2018-2019, 4 competitive copyright objects for realization on the contract and license basis were created, one of which is being tested in conditions of principal Ukrainian mines.
