Service life extension of metallurgical equipment while tribological barrier negotiation Project author: National Mining University, Department Of Mining Machinery Technology, Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine). Project objective: Development and implementation geomodifiers to overcome friction tribological barrier. This technology will increase the life of equipment in the 3-5 times while reducing the maintenance work in 3 times or more without stopping the operation. Project background: As a result of the work will create new research directions in the field geotriboenergetics, which are based on the fundamental study of structural and phase transformations involving modern atomic and scanning electron microscopy and allow to explain the kinetics of the transformation in action geomodifiers friction. Will be developed self-organizing technology renovation surfaces of machine parts movable couplings, which determine the reliability and durability of the mining and metallurgical equipment without stopping to repair and preventive maintenance by using geomodifiers friction based on natural materials. Will consider the dynamics of structural transformations at the boundary surfaces in the presence of interfaces geomodifiers shows that self-organizing systems in the running- mates with geomodifiers reduces the running time compared to the base as well as improve the resource details of mobile interfaces in operation of machines and plants. |
