Rationale for the application of scientific, technical and engineering decisions in the creation of pipelines for hydraulic mining, the method of producing wells Project author: National Mining University, Department of Technic Prospecting of Deposits, Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine) Project objective: Justification making principles of clean and energy-efficient solutions in the development of technologies of transportation of minerals from areas of production to the place of borehole consumption or processing. Project background: Bulk hydrotransport, enabling you to move through pipelines over distances of hundreds of kilometers of bulk materials, offers significant advantages over other modes of transport. Hydrotransport seamlessly connects to a single -line process technology of extraction, concentration, transport and processing of minerals, and also provides security for all transport operations, the ability to complete their automation and virtually unlimited bandwidth. Transportation costs and especially energy costs are reduced compared to the rail in 1.8-2.5 times. Thanks to their advantages hydraulic transport increasingly finds use abroad - in the United States, Russia, Brazil. Based on this we can conclude that there is a great need not only for Ukraine but also for many countries of the European community, the scientific substantiation of creation and application of trunk pipelines with geographical, geological, administrative and economic conditions as well as species and stocks minerals, such as iron ores, agricultural fertilizer, coal, sand, etc. |
